Winneke started her career in Commercial Banking with Fortis Bank as a Commercial Manager. Her banking experience took her to private, confidential financial management for high net worth individuals including Dan Peña and others across Europe. As part of this financial management service she provided property and asset management for her clients.

Successful:

Built a successful Pan European retail, media sales distribution system. As an adjunct to this retail sales system she developed a telemarketing operation to supplement market penetration. Successfully expanded the Group's professional representation through adding world top 100 companies to the Group's clients. Through her innovative sales and marketing structured transactions she has been a leading force for the Group since its inception in 1997.

Winneke had a successful career in retail sales and entertainment in the Netherlands and Austria. She founded a record sales company and one of the most successful theme restaurants in Amsterdam.

Specialization:

Due to her command of German, Dutch and English she was able to use her financial managment skills on a Pan European basis. She excelled in financial management including property management with high net worth individuals and excelled in relationship management. Her sales training efforts have included property, personal development, public relations and communications throughout Europe. She continues to manage the Group's and Dan Peña's interests in The Netherlands, Germany and Austria.

Winneke speaks German, English and Dutch.
