He has defended officers, directors and others sued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and commercial entities sued for environmental contamination.

Mr. Harris was a partner with an international law firm headquartered in New York before becoming a founding member of his present firm located in Century City, California. He has lectured concerning the liability of officers and directors and the liability of individuals dealing with federally insured lending institutions for the Bar Association.

Retained by numerous companies to assist and advise board level management in major litigation throughout the United States and Europe.
