Dedicated Management Teams

TGG assists Management Teams in Buy-Out transactions - from origination of the deal, ensuring the Management Team is right, through to arranging the appropriate finance. There are three key elements in this process:

1. Origination of The Deal
2. The right Management Team
3. The appropriate Finance

The Guthrie Group provides professional Facilitation of all three of the above.

The Deal

• We work closely with Management Teams to identify companies that fit within the Group's industry focus and are for sale.

Management Team

• We work with "high-profile", motivated and experienced CEOs with sector specific knowledge, to build the right Management Team for a successful transaction. The Team must have significant industry knowledge, completed acquisitions, disposals and been through down cycles.

• We demonstrate our belief and commitment to a transaction, by becoming an integral part of the Team by investing our time alongside the Management Team.

• We only work on projects where the Management Team is 100% committed.

Finance

• Through our extensive personal relationships, we have developed a detailed VC, Private Equity and Banking Database/Matrix. This contains up to date information on sector focus, transaction size and stage of investment. We use this Database/Matrix to assist our Management Teams to find the appropriate debt and equity finance for a specific transaction.
